“Touch the Earth” is about expressing our spirituality with workshops, courses, music and events, Touch the Earth shares a living, vibrant tradition of this sacred land, our Ancestors and the old Gods.

Ojas, Tejas & Prana with Bruce Scott An introduction to this Vedic system designed to bring balance into everyday life. Bruce will lead us on a discovery of how working with the elements in relation to the chakras, we can explore the various techniques which will help us recognise any unbalance in our lives. Throughout the day we will learn methods to assist us in finding balance of mind, body and spirit. Sunday 13th June 2009, 10.00am to 5 pm. At Caer Corhrain Please bring a packed lunch.
