To hold their head's high once again like the beautiful Goddesses they are.

It will be a magical time so dress in your finery. Come dressed as Goddess or fairies or Queens, Witches or mermaids.  We will chant the songs of womanhood as we stand hand in hand joined by our beauty and femininity.

Introduction to Shamanism

Sunday 18th July 2010
10.00 to 4.30pm at Caer Corhrain

A day of discovery as we dive into the mystery of the old ways:

We will spend the day learning about Shamanism. The word 'Shaman' is derived from the language of the Tungu people of Siberia. It can be translated as meaning 'to work with heat and fire; to heat or burn up.' So the word, as applied to a person, may be taken to mean 'transformer of energy.' The word more precisely means 'one who knows the ecstasy of energy' or  'to walk between the worlds'. Through this workshop, we will gain an understanding of the Cosmos of the Shaman - the four worlds that can lead us into the Shamanic map for finding direction in life, and understanding physical, mental and spiritual realities. All power comes from within; all you need is the tools of the hunter to find it.

£35 donation . Bring your own lunch. Use the contact pages for more information or contact Lynn 01795 874542 or 07885682295.

Warm cosy nights by the fire a fresh wind that stings your face and wakes you with its touch. Colours, reds and golds, the joys of Autumn, embrace it with love as the wheel moves on and join us for this time of getting ready to go within. A gathering, as we turn to face the darkest nights and the dead of winter with joy and not fear of the dark. Moving one's self into quiet hibernation and a place in which to rest, dream and mend. We will gather around the fire with songs in our hearts and the gentle rhythm of the drums as we slip into the time of creativity and contemplation. Dark is the night as the owls hoot their call, all is magic as the land slips into darkness.

Winter Ice Dark Shadows

Sunday 28th November 2010.
10.00 to 4.30pm at Caer Corhrain

Clothed in black, the darkness of winter wraps its cloak around us as the land shivers. The hearth is tended as our cold bones are warmed by the fire.

Around us, the silence of the darkest shadows dances as the bird of the night calls. The cauldron is stirred, the food of winter strength prepared with tender, loving, withered hands, and darkest eyes of the deeper knowing lead us into the mystery.

A deeply profound and intense workshop that will lead us through a Shamanic understanding of death.

£35 donation. Bring your own lunch. Use the contact pages for more information or contact Lynn 01795 874542 or 07885682295.
